beautiful stay but not quite perfect
The picturesque location in the hills offers stunning views, contributing to a truly serene atmosphere. The in-suite onsen was an oasis of luxury, allowing us to unwind thoroughly. We were particularly impressed with the exquisite dinner that surpassed our expectations during our three-week vacation. Additionally, the massage service was a blissful experience, leaving us rejuvenated.
The check-in process felt slightly disorganized at first, which took away from the overall smooth experience.
